FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER (Part-Time)

Full-Time Evening Line Cooks (with focus on dinner execution and closing the kitchen)
CURRENTLY HIRING
One (1) Part-Time position with availability to work 4 shifts per week
Supervision of daily FOH operations and all FOH positions, reviewing end of shift procedures, end of day reporting, etc.
Constant guest interactions of the highest standard, assisting service team with service execution
Experience with Expo required; must be able to ensure established quality and plating of all items, managing the proper flow of all food service to the dining room
Assist with inventory & ordering processes, scheduling, manager meetings, staff training, etc.
Full-Time Evening Line Cooks (with focus on dinner execution and closing the kitchen)
CURRENTLY HIRING
One (1) Full-Time position with availability to work 5 PM shifts per week
Two (2) Part-Time positions with availability to work 2-3 PM shifts per week
Set up and stock all stations with necessary product
Prepare food for service – light prep work, chopping, portioning, etc.
Execute (cook) and plate all menu items in compliance with company standards – must know the menu!
Part-Time Hosts (with focus on evenings + weekends)
CURRENTLY HIRING
One (1) Part-Time positions with availability to work TWO week nights, and Saturday or Sunday! Total of 3-4 shifts per week.
General knowledge of restaurant flows, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multi-task, and be a problem-solver in a fast-paced environment
Ability to greet guests with a friendly, professional and positive attitude, while making adjustments to OpenTable and creating a manageable flow for the Front of House
Ability to manage wait times and take reservations, while monitoring dining room cleanliness
Ability to maintain a clean, organized work station at all times.
Willingness to be cross-trained as Food Runner for high-volume shifts.
Part-Time Bartender (Weekends Only!)
One (1) Part-Time position, 2-3 shifts per week
General knowledge of and ability to execute specialty cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers in an elevated, fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task – providing high quality service to all guests whether seated at the counter or at a table – all while exhibiting vast knowledge of our menus, preparing beverages for other guests, and maintaining a clean working environment.
Must be able to work weekends (and occasional weekday fill-in shift), and be a team player!
Experienced Servers (Full-Time + Part-Time)
CURRENTLY HIRING
two (2) Full-Time position with open availability, 5-6 shifts per week
two (2) Part-Time positions with weekend availability, 3-4 shifts per week
General knowledge of and ability to execute proper steps of service in an elevated, fast-paced environment
Ability to provide high quality service to multiple tables at once – all while maintaining proper flows and steps of service, exhibiting vast knowledge of our menus and beverages, and prioritizing the guests overall experience.
Must have a flexible schedule to work AM + PM shifts, as well as weekends, and be a team player!
Full-Time Day-Time + Evening Dishwasher
Maintain a clean work environment - washing dishes to proper sanitation methods
Ensure proper storage of all small wares, equipment, and plating
Complete daily deep cleaning tasks
Light facilities maintenance required - sweeping, mopping, cleaning of restrooms
